I'm originally from Gdynia, Poland, a city known for its sailing culture and beautiful beaches, with a unique post-storm treasure hunt for amber. I fell in love with the UK when I moved here 20 years ago, and now I call Dorking my home. My passion for travel has been passed down to my son, who currently lives in Vietnam.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Suffolk and worked in a local NHS hospital for a few years. Early in my career, I discovered a passion for teaching, leading me to complete a PGCert in Clinical and Medical Education. This has allowed me to create and deliver educational programs for international nurses and newly qualified nurses.

After moving from Suffolk to Surrey, I worked for the Clinical Commissioning Group, designing educational pathways for Practice Nurses. I recently worked as a Workforce Lead for Education, focusing on Community Nurses and AHPs. I am a Mary Seacole leadership graduate. I'm also a Health Coach and a 360° assessment trainer and facilitator. These skills seamlessly complement my work in aesthetics, where I prioritise a holistic approach to patient assessment.

Amber Dermacare, my venture into aesthetics, came from a desire for more independence and a more individual patient approach. While I still have a part-time role in the NHS, I wanted to work on my own project. The journey began in 2022, delayed from my original plan in 2019 due to the challenges of COVID-19. 

My initial focus was on hair rejuvenation treatment inspired by several friends suffering from Alopecia during their pre-menopausal time. I recognised unique challenges around this form of treatment, and to succeed in the market, I expanded my offerings to other aesthetic treatments. My main focus still stays with trichology and mesotherapy. I'm a proud member of several professional memberships.

I am an inquisitive learner and a safe practitioner. Over the past year, I've completed more than 20 training courses and attended 5 major international aesthetic conferences. I am a student of the International Academy of Mesotherapy, where I learn advanced skills and innovations in aesthetic medicine. I am learning from and with the experts. Exciting developments are on my horizon, including Independent Prescriber course.
